Two Kaiser HMO plans are offered; Kaiser 15 and Kaiser 30. Although very similar, some differences are shown below;

If you enroll in Kaiser 15 or 30, you have the option to enroll in employee paid Vision through VSP. VSP for Kaiser is available. VSP for Kaiser Vision coverage will be paid entirely by the employee as VSP for Kaiser will be in addition to Kaiser's Vision coverage included in the Kaiser Medical coverage.
For Disabled Overage Dependents, please contact your Kaiser Medical Provider to confirm eligibility of Disabled Dependent.
