St. Jude Neighborhood Health Center
The St. Jude Neighborhood Health Center in Richman Park, located at 731 South Highland Ave, Fullerton CA 92832, provides primary care to uninsured individuals and MediCal recipients. The center provides medical, dental, and mental health services to families who meet the financial qualifications and who reside in the service area by calling (714) 446-5100 and scheduling an appointment. Free COVID testing is also available for symptomatic patients.
