• What is the Community Advisory Committee and the North Orange County SELPA?
     
    SELPA stands for Special Education Local Plan Area.  It is a group of school districts that work together to provide special education and related services to our students with disabilities.  Our North Orange County SELPA is made up of Fullerton School District, Fullerton Joint Union High School District,  La Habra City School District, Lowell Joint School District, and Buena Park School District.

    The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is a group of people from local school districts (SELPA) that work together to support the needs of families of students with disabilities.
