On a regular basis throughout the year, Executive Cabinet invites district office teams to meet with them so teams can share their feelings and progress related to their work for the district office. Executive Cabinet listens to everyone introduce themselves and at the end of the time, each Cabinet member will share a few critical or time sensitive updates going on in their area.  

Coffee with Cabinet takes the idea of listening and an "open door" policy to a new level, with regular meetings for executive cabinet to hear from classified and certificated staff directly during the year. Cabinet will assemble with one department or team at a time, provide coffee and pastries, and then listen to each member of the team share what their experience is like working in Fullerton School District.
