Locker Room Rules:

1. Students will line up in a straight line, on their assigned grade level line, and wait for permission to enter the locker room.
2. Running or horseplay of any kind will not be tolerated.
3. Each student will be given a combination lock and a locker. Each student is responsible for locking up their belongings in their locker.  Leaving valuables lying around is only inviting theft.  The physical education staff will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
4. Students must replace combination lock if lost. They may purchase from school office.
5. Sharing of locker or PE clothes will not be permitted.
6. Stay in your assigned area. Do not wander around the locker room.
7. Only school issued locks are allowed on lockers.
8. Students are responsible for their locker and any damage that may occur.
9. Due to allergies, do not spray perfume, body spray, cologne, hair spray, etc in the locker room area. These items will be immediately confiscated.
10. Food, gum, beverages, and glass items are strictly prohibited. Items will be immediately confiscated.
11. Cell phone use is strictly prohibited in the locker room. Cell phones will be immediately confiscated and sent to office.
12. Theft, damage of property, or unsafe behavior will result in loss of locker room privileges. 
13. At the end of the year, all physical education lockers are to be cleaned out and the locks handed in to a physical education teacher.  Any items left in the locker at the end of the semester will be donated or disposed. Failure to turn in your lock will result in a fine.

Failure to follow the above rules can result in the loss of your locker room privileges.
