Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year!  My name is Jeanie Kim.  I am the Response to Intervention (RtI) Reading teacher at Fern Drive.  My work is to identify and work with students in need of literacy support by providing targeted, research-based interventions.  Over the last few years, I have seen huge successes in reading as gaps in foundational areas were filled.  It truly is rewarding for me to see the gains that students make through RtI support.  

I am very excited to work with my students this year.  Through consistent, targeted intervention, my goal to help students build confidence as readers and discover the joys of reading. Wishing all of our Falcons the best year yet!
