All About Mrs. Sanchez

  • Hello!

    I am Mrs. Sanchez and this is my 9th year teaching at Fisler. I've taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade here, but 3rd grade is THE BEST! 

    I've been working with kids and teachers since I was just a kid myself. My mom works for Garden Grove Unified School District and ever since I can remember, I was on her campus volunteering for their Santa's Breakfast fundraiser and stapling back to school packets. As I got a little older I helped with tutoring and translating. I dreamed about having my own classroom and I can officially say that I turned my dreams into my reality. I love my job!

     

    I got married, bought a house, and completed my first year teaching at Fisler in 2016. It was a whirlwind of a year, but I am so grateful everything turned out the way it did. I live in Fullerton with my husband, our son, and our two pups, so feel free to say hi if you see me at Target or Gold's Gym! When I am not teaching I love spending time with my son, running, walking my dogs, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, visiting the beach, spending time at our family cabin, hanging out in the backyard with friends and family and traveling.

    Fisler quickly became my second home and there is truly something magical about this Fisler Family. I am so excited to make new memories together this year with you!
