Nice to Meet You!

  • This is my 20th year teaching at Ladera Vista. Courses I've taught include Science and Health. I've also mentored new educators as a Master Teacher and BTSA Provider.

    Outside of the classroom, I've coached Science Olympiad and volleyball. I have also served on various committees at the school and district level.

Where Did I Grow Up?

  • I was a Navy Brat so that's not an easy question to answer. I spent my elementary school years in San Diego. My middle school years were on Adak, Alaska. During high school, we were stationed in Sicily, Italy and I attended an American school on base.

My Family

  • My wife is a high school Spanish teacher. We have two children: my son is a recent graduate of Cal State Fullerton and my daughter is starting a sophomore at Cal Poly Pomona.
