About Mrs. Anderson
I was born and raised in Fullerton, and attended Acacia School as a child. I graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 1994 with a B.S. in Child Development along with a California Teaching Credential. I received my Master of Science in Education in 1997 from CSUF as well. I began my teaching career in the Fullerton School District in 1994. I have been at Acacia School since 2012, and I love teaching at my alma mater!
I live in Yorba Linda with my husband, Carey, who is a high school science teacher, and my three daughters, twins Grace and Sarah, who are in college, and Mia, who is 15 years old and in 10th grade at Troy High School.
I love teaching and am so excited for a very successful and memorable school year!
Second grade in Room 1 is an exciting place! Our days are filled with learning, exploring, and having fun. We are a community of young scholars who communicate, create, collaborate, and critically think. There's never a dull moment in our classroom. Come visit us and watch us SHINE!
