Introducing a kindergarten teacher who loves laying the academic foundation and building relationships with her students…Mrs. Rebecca Vaca! Mrs. Vaca is currently in her 18th year of teaching at Beechwood School. She has taught 5th grade, 1st grade and kindergarten, but she admits her heart belongs in kindergarten. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in history from Cal Poly Pomona, a multiple subject teaching credential from Whittier College and a master’s degree in Administration along with her administrative credential from Concordia University. She has been happily married for a little over seven years to her amazing husband, Andrew. Mrs. Vaca enjoys spending time with her husband, their 4 year old son, Nicholas and always looks forward to a trip to Catalina and Kauai, her absolute favorite spots in the world.
