Library/Biblioteca

Room 7 students will visit the library once every week. Students will be able to check out 2 books each visit. Both library books must be AR books at the student’s level, to ensure they are practicing fluency and comprehension skills at their independent reading level. One book must be Spanish. If students want to recheck out a book they haven't finished reading, they still have to bring it back to the library on their scheduled date and time to renew it. Happy Reading!
Los estudiantes del salón 7 visitarán la biblioteca una vez por semana. Los estudiantes podrán sacar 2 libros por visita. Ambos libros de la biblioteca deben ser libros AR a nivel del alumno, para garantizar que estén practicando habilidades de fluidez y comprensión en su nivel de lectura independiente. Uno de los libros tiene que ser en español. Si los estudiantes desean volver a revisar un libro que no han terminado de leer, aún deben traerlo de vuelta a la biblioteca en la fecha y hora programadas para renovarlo. ¡Feliz lectura!

P.E./Educación física

Students will have PE with our amazing PE teacher Mr. Davis two days/week.  Room 7 students will participate in PE on Mondays and Thursdays from 12:45 p.m.-1:35 p.m.  Please remember to have your child wear comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing on these days. Teachers will be participating in PLCs (Planned Learning Communities) with their grade level teams during this time.
Los estudiantes tendrán educación física con nuestro increíble maestro de educación física, el Sr. Davis, dos días a la semana. Los estudiantes del salon 7 participarán en educación física los lunes y jueves de 12:45 p.m. a 1:35 p.m. Recuerde hacer que su hijo use zapatos cómodos y ropa apropiada en estos días. Los maestros participarán en PLC (Comunidades de Aprendizaje Planificado) con sus equipos de nivel de grado durante este tiempo.

All the Arts/Todas las artes

Room 7 students will continue to benefit from the wonderful All the Arts Program that Fullerton has to offer.  Each year, the All the Arts Foundation, in partnership with the Fullerton School District, provides funding for lessons in art, music, dance and theatre. These lessons provide curriculum-related arts experiences conducted by professional artists.
