Miss Nguyen

I am Melissa Nguyen and I will be the First Grade teacher in Room 1. This will be my third year teaching at FSD .  I have taught K, 2, 4, and 5 before. I received my  BA in Liberal Studies with a minor in Elementary Math and my Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential at CSUF.  I am currently working on getting my Masters in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University (WGU). 

In my spare time, I love reading mystery books, watching shows/movies, and going to escape rooms with my friends. If I am not doing any of the above activities, you can find me walking around Target/Costco, contemplating whether or not I really need another candle, book, or more snacks. 

I love listening to a variety of music. If I can, I try to attend music concerts and musicals.
