Parent Help With Internet Access At Home

  • April 2, 2020

Hello Fullerton School District Parents and Guardians,
This message contains information on important resources available to you on the FSD website and in the FSD mobile app.

Instructions and a troubleshooting guide for connecting an FSD device to the internet, using the FSD mobile app, Internet Safety, and much more are available on the Fullerton School District website via this link and view the topics in the menu bar on the right. You can also access the page by selecting Technology Resources under the Parents tab on the FSD home page.

Resources are also available via the FSD mobile app.  Go to the Info, Instructions and Resources icon and select the topic of your choice.  Note the Technology Resources option will take you to the same web page as on the District website; just scroll to the bottom to view the topic menu.

If you are experiencing trouble connecting an FSD device to the internet from home, please review and follow all steps in the Home Internet Login Instructions and the Troubleshooting Home Internet Login guide before calling or emailing Tech Support.

With these topics being especially important with the start of Distance Learning, having them available 24/7 allows you to access the information you need when you need it.

When you have a few moments, please check out the other resources available on the website under the Parents tab and in the FSD mobile app.  These include topics such as Free and Low Cost Internet Options, Safety, Emergency Preparedness & Communications, Family Resources and more.

FSD also has an agreement with a local company called Human I-T that is available to help all families get through the process of signing up for free or low-cost Internet service. For immediate help, please text them at 562-372-6925, or you can call them at 1-888-391-7249. Text is faster for their services.

    Thank you.
