Transfer Information

  • Intradistrict Transfer:
    TK age-eligible students residing within the Fullerton School District attendance boundaries may apply for enrollment at any school other than their school of residence during Open Enrollment from 1/16/24 - 2/16/24. You do not need to apply if you wish for your student to attend the TK school of residence. 

    Process

    • Complete an intradistrict transfer form online on the FSD website during the open enrollment period. 
    • You may only choose one school.
    • Notification of acceptance will be mailed home after March 15, 2024.
    • If your transfer gets approved, you can proceed to enroll your child in the TK program at the school of choice.
    • If your transfer gets denied, you will need to enroll your child at your local TK school and must wait until the second week after school begins to reapply to another TK school, if one is available.

    Interdistrict Transfer:
    If you live outside the Fullerton School District boundary, the transfer must be initiated in your district of residence. These interdistrict transfer forms should be received during Open Enrollment from 1/16/24 - 2/16/24, for consideration.
