AIR (Annual Information Review) Process
For the safety and well-being of all new and returning students, reviewing the information on file with their school is required. This process is done through an online form and provides the opportunity to update information as needed (such as emergency contacts, health information, etc.) and gives parents/guardians access to the current edition of the Parent Handbook. The online form also contains additional information, acknowledgments, and agreements required for different school and district programs and processes.
The form needs to be completed for all students before the school year begins. If you are registering your student to attend after the school year has begun, please complete the AIR process the day you register your child.
To access AIR, your child's school office will send you an email containing a hyperlink to the online form. If you did not provide the school with a valid email address, the school will give you a printed letter with the AIR login information when you register your child.
If you created an AIR account in the past, you will be able to log in with the username and password you used in the past. If you forgot either or both, please do not create a new account, instead please contact your child's school office for assistance.
If using the emailed hyperlink to access the online AIR form, the hyperlink will only be valid the first time you log in. If you don't finish the form the first time you're logged in, please return to this page and click on the links provided here for the language you prefer to use. On the linked page, go to the right side and click on Continue Your Work. Please contact your child's school office if you have questions or need assistance in completing the online AIR form.
