Vision

The District offers vision coverage through VSP (Vision Service Plan). If you enrolled in Kaiser HMO medical, you may enroll in VSP for Kaiser. VSP for Kaiser is voluntary and paid entirely by the employee. District does not contribute to VSP for Kaiser. Vision services is included in the Kaiser medical plan, VSP for Kaiser would be a voluntary additional vision coverage for employees who elect to enroll.

Our VSP plan does not distribute member ID cards. The provider verifies your eligibility through your SSN. You may register online through www.vsp.com and print a temporary member ID card if you would like to use that (the optometrist office will still require your SSN).
