For regular employees working less than 4 hours a day or less than 50% FTE, variable, temporary, or seasonal employees you may enroll in our Blue Shield PPO MEC Plan.
- Blue Shield PPO Bronze plan is only available for employee only and employee and child(ren).
- Spouses or Domestic Partners are not eligible to enroll in the plan with employees.
- Employees may enroll in the Blue Shield 2-Tier MEC PPO plan within 2 weeks of their hire date or during Open Enrollment.
