About Pierre Maxo

Pierre Maxo was born in 1969. His works are becoming increasingly popular amongst collectors of Haitian art. Maxo was a student of a first generation painter, Gabriel Alix. His use of vivid colors and imagination in creatively depicting animals with eye-capturing facial expressions against a jungle backdrop have given his art a notable position in the Haitian art market.
